How to book & Prices

Booking your stay at KURO is very easy:

> To book on the website, use the booking calendar in «RESERVATION» page to find out the free dates and choose the one you want.

Keep in mind that the rental is not done by hour or half a day / Night stay is not available/ Pets are not allowed on board

> If you have doubts about the characteristics of the boat or the possible services on board, you can write to us and we will clarify them to : info@kuroboat.com 
> You can book for the whole day from 10.00 to 18.00 or several days at a time.

> Once all the necessary information is completed in the reservation form, we will receive your request and contact you as soon as possible.
> Before starting the charter, they must make the full payment of the rental cost, as well as the cost of the skipper, the cost of final cleaning and any other additional service if such service is needed on board. You can make the payment by bank transfer according to the information indicated on the website or by online payment or pay by credit or debit card to our representative at the port.

> The fuel payment, depending on its consumption, is made after the charter.
> A secure deposit of 5000€ has to be done at the reservation 
> If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours in advance, the 50% deposit will be refunded. If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
> On the day of your charter, you can come to our base in Puerto Portals to leave the security deposit (2000€) with our representative by pre-authorizing your bank card. After the end of your trip and our further inspection and confirmation that there is no damage or loss, you will be fully refunded.
> During the charter, you will be accompanied by our qualified skipper. Do not hesitate to contact him for any advice or to express your wishes to visit the places you would like to see.
> Depending on the applicable navigation zone, the possibility of traveling around the island of Mallorca and 12 nautical miles from the coast is provided.
> We always recommend the most picturesque places, beautiful coves and most interesting places to make your vacation on our yachts unforgettable.
